Cancellation by the Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days before the tour departure date.

Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and transaction charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Cancellation Due to Weather or Natural Calamities
Sikkim’s mountainous terrain is subject to weather-related disruptions, including landslides, snowfall, road closures, and natural disasters.
In such cases:
- We will make every effort to modify the itinerary for your safety.
- Any additional expenses for accommodation, transportation, or meals due to delays or route changes must be borne by the traveler.
- Refunds for unused services will depend on the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other third-party vendors.
Cancellation by Sikkim Travel Experts
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to operational reasons or unavoidable circumstances, travelers will be offered either:
- An alternative tour package of equal value (subject to availability), or
- A full refund of the amount paid to us for the affected services.
Permit Restrictions
Certain destinations such as Nathula Pass, Gurudongmar Lake, and North Sikkim require government permits.
If permits are denied by the concerned authorities due to weather conditions, government regulations, or document-related issues:
- Alternative sightseeing options will be arranged whenever possible.
- Refunds for restricted attractions will be subject to the policies of local authorities and service providers.
Hotel & Transport Cancellations
Hotels and transportation services operate under their own cancellation policies. Any applicable charges imposed by these providers will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Booking Amendments
Requests to change travel dates, hotel categories, or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
